What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Flexible timing is often possible — ask Greg.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is by smart lock — you'll receive the code and directions 4 days before your arrival. The Casita is separate from the main home; you have full privacy.
What's the parking situation?
Exclusive use of the private driveway during your stay.
Is the Wi-Fi reliable?
Fast fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Both a workspace desk and plenty of seating for anyone working remotely.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — the Casita is pet-friendly with prior approval, and Sedona is great for exploring with a dog (the Secret Trail starts steps from the door). To keep the space comfortable for everyone, please keep pets off furniture and beds, and clean up after them indoors and out. A pet fee applies (confirmed during booking).
Is the Red Rock trail pass included?
Yes — a Red Rock pass is provided so you don't have to pay at trailheads. We ask that you return it at checkout for the next guests.
