Gregory's Airbnb was clean and nicely decorated. the neighborhood was very upscale and we felt completely safe walking the neighborhood and talking with the neighbors. lots of awesome hiking right outside our back door. even the views outside our window were amazing

This casita was a fantastic place to stay in Sedona. we were so close to all the trails we wanted to explore and restaurants. Everything was nothing more than 20 minutes away. The casita was cozy and it was nice to relax there on the rainy night we had. we used the hot tub every night and looked at the stars while we relaxed our sore muscles from our hikes. We had breakfast and coffee each morning at the casita to save some time so we could head out asap to get to our hiking destinations. Staying here was ideal and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Gregory's Sedona Casita is amazing. It's peaceful and the surrounding area is beautiful. I had a wonderful stay and a great time hiking the local trails in Sedona. Greg is very proactive and would often check in to make sure everything is okay. I really appreciate that and definitely can't wait to visit again!

A perfect place to stay! Two mornings we walked right out the front door onto the secret trailhead into the most beautiful hiking ever! The Casita had everything we needed, it was clean well stocked had coffee and tea. Gregory was responsive- and offered flexibility for check-in and checkout. The house was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and well stocked with soft towels. We shopped at Whole Foods and made many meals at the Casita. We also dined at great restaurants and took a day trip to the Grand Canyon! Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was just icing on the cake! What a great way to end each day! We highly recommend this Airbnb and plan to be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Gregory’s Airbnb. It felt warm, inviting, and comfortable! The hot tub was the best part, especially after a long day of hiking. It’s close to everything (via car) including restaurants and hiking trails. Highly recommend and would 100% book this airbnb again.

The perfect place for our Thanksgiving getaway!

We truly enjoyed our short stay in Sedona. Gregory’s casita was very comfortable and met all of our needs. We appreciated the beautiful location and walkable access to trails. Stargazing in the private hot tub was a bonus after long days of hiking. We look forward to returning when we can stay longer!

We loved this spot—it was special, quaint, and perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was a huge bonus after long hikes around the Red Rocks. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed for our stay, and having a dishwasher plus washer/dryer was clutch. The home is tucked back in a private, serene area with a connector trail linking to Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and several others—amazing access! Views were solid, and even though this is an attached unit, the owners were completely respectful and non-intrusive. The space still felt secluded, especially with how the hot tub is positioned. The bed was a little softer than our personal preference, but after a long day on the trails, anything cozy and warm feels amazing. The location was far enough from the tourist buzz to feel peaceful, yet close enough to reach every trailhead within 15–20 minutes. We’ll definitely be back—thank you, Sedona fam!

Greg and his Casita are fantastic. It’s a beautiful private area walking distance from Chapel Rock and other walking trails, and an easy drive into town. The space has everything you need and Greg was exceedingly helpful and flexible. He even let us rebook our anniversary trip a year in advance after my wife got a new job before our originally scheduled trip last year. I think we’ll be back for sure!

One of the most healing and peaceful stays we’ve ever had. Gregory’s casita is truly something special. It’s located directly on a vortex, and we could feel the energetic support from the moment we arrived. The space itself is peaceful, calming, and ideal for rest, reflection, or deep healing work. Gregory was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, always there if we needed anything, and so warm that he ended up becoming a friend. The location is also perfect, quiet yet close to everything, with some of the most stunning views in Sedona just minutes away. We left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a restorative experience in Sedona.

After day adventures in Sedona or being able to cook a home made dinner the Casita was an amazing place to accommodate, Greg was very communicative during our stay ensuring we were comfortable and well. Definitely will rebook the Casita if we were to take a trip to Sedona again.

Greg and Tess are great hosts and the casita is amazing! It is located in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood, within walking distance to trails. It is also very close to restaurants, shopping and other fun things in Sedona. The bed and couch were super comfy and I completely felt at home there. Convenient to cook meals there or reheat leftovers, and having the washer/dryer was really helpful too. Fresh, lovely flowers were the nicest touch too. I absolutely cannot wait to return!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

We were in town for a week to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Sedona before, but we could not have picked a better place! The casita is located just outside of restaurant/shop areas, so it was nice and quiet. We enjoyed looking out the windows every day at some of the red rocks. It was great being located so close to a couple of trails. One of those trails will take you to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. We were also just a short drive to several other trailheads too! Getting in was super easy on arrival and it looked just like the pictures! We hiked in the mornings, ate a light lunch at the casita and then went out for dinner every day, so everything kitchen-wise was perfect for us. We also loved having the Keruig for coffee. Gregory was the perfect host. He messaged us a few times just to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. We loved this casita and if we make another trip to Sedona, we would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at the Casita for a week and we were very comfortable. We found the Little House to be peaceful and relaxing. The size of the main room, kitchen and bathroom was fine for us. We loved the location! The neighborhood is beautiful and there are trails with gorgeous views nearby. We really appreciated the time that our host took to decorate the Casita, provide amenities, and communicate everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Lovely spacious casita - looks like the pics and is super cute and clean. Comfy bed. I loved the chair too! Kitchen and bathroom fully stacked with all u need. Nice big washer and dryer if you need it. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nice hot tube and patio to relax. Easy to find. Host very responsive and pleasure to deal with as well as John the handyman who I met in person one day. AC works well and is quiet. Trail is about one min walk away. Fast 5-10 min drive to either uptown Sedona or village of oak creek both of which have plenty of options for restaurants. I would def stay here again!

This was our second stay at Greg’s place and we hope to be back for a third. The location is great, you walk right outside and are on the trails. The casita is comfy and they offer a lot of amenities that other places don’t. The hot tub is also a plus after a long day of hiking. Great place to stay!

Great stay, clean, good location. I did think that the house had it's own back yard area with the hot tub, but it was a shared space with the larger house. I could have mis-read that part. Overall it was a great stay and I would go back.

Everything about our stay was great from check in to check out. Gregory reached out prior to our visit with very clear check in instructions which made getting there and settled in very easy. The space was clean, modern with plenty of space as well as a covered parking space right outside. The location was a pretty short walk to restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are in Sedona.

Great location in Sedona. Walkable to all the uptown shops and restaurants and a close drive to many hikes - they even have a pass for you to use so you don’t have to pay to park. Check in was easy, place was clean and had everything we needed for the short weekend getaway!

Gregory’s Air bnb was just perfect. It was immaculate, spacious and had every amenity one could want. The location was perfect . Beds were very comfy and the place was peaceful and quiet. Gregory was very communicative making sure our check-in was smooth and our stay was going well. If I ever return to Sedona this would be my first choice of a place to stay.

Such a great location. Easy to walk into town and a safe and friendly neighborhood. The place was spotless and had everything one could need. Even had a parking pass for Red Rocks area! Which I used and I recommend you do too. I would have missed out on this gem of a park if it wasn’t for that pass. I’ll look to stay here again for my next visit.

Great stay that was walkable from some of our favorite restaurants.

Great walking distance to everything in the uptown area. Seemed to be a very safe area, walked the dogs at night with no concerns. We only had one vehicle but there was plenty of parking space for an additional vehicle. Courtyard was great for the dogs and sitting out in the evening. We didn't cook but it looked like it had all the cooking essentials which would have been perfect for a longer stay. They have a park pass thats available for guests that was such a nice little bonus that we did utilize. Access to a washer and dryer was also clutch, no one likes packing up sweaty hiking clothes. The ac was automatically set to adjust throughout the day and I wasn't smart enough to figure it out so I would adjust it but it would revert back and it could get a tad bit warm at times. Totally get it from an energy conservation view but coming home from hiking and it being warm was not ideal. Thats just me being a warm blooded individual though! And you can hear the people in the unit above. Not a problem if you are also getting up early but just a thing to note.

Beautiful stay. Great location. Cozy unit that feels like your own place in Sedona. Host was pleasant and proactive. helped me stage a birthday surprise for my girlfriend, lovely fllowers, and setup. no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is such a great house! The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood that is very close to the uptown shops. It was easy to walk to restaurants and other locations in Uptown, which was such a benefit. Even though it's so close, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I loved having the backyard and sitting outside in the evening. There is an upstairs rental, and you will hear them if people are staying upstairs while you're there, but it didn't bother me. The location also felt very safe. Several trailheads are very close and easy to get to. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect uptown location for short or long term stays.

We had a great stay here! The space was clean, comfortable, and is in a great location for walking to restaurants and shops in uptown. The hosts communicated effectively before and during the stay, and were available if needed. Would stay here again!

We had a great experience here. The Airbnb is in a perfect spot. It’s just a short walk to uptown Sedona's shops and restaurants but still nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. One highlight of our trip was dinner at Elote Café, which was one of the best meals we've had, and it’s just a quick walk from the house. Don’t pass this up if you’re in Sedona. The parking was super easy, the space was comfortable and well equipped and the host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay. We'd definitely come back.

Location was great, and having the red rock pass there for us to use was amazing! The place is clean, comfortable, close to great hikes, stores, and restaurants. Only minus is, if someone is staying above you, you will hear them from time to time.

We loved our first trip to Sedona! Greg’s place was very comfortable with a great location, easy access regardless of where we were going. Very quiet and well thought out providing detailed information about the home and Sedona attractions and restaurants.

What a fabulous stay! Everything was clean and well kept- the views from both the front and back porches we so pretty- the location is absolutely perfect! We walked everywhere and did not have to fight traffic! Can’t recommend this place enough and would stay there again if the occasion arises!

Greg's place was absolutely fabulous - very roomy, super comfortable (the bed was amazing!!), immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen, great views, and unbelievable location. Only three blocks from Sadona's artsy main street, yet the neighborhood was very quiet. My husband and I will definitely stay there again next year. To make it even more fabulous, there were fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. I mean, really.... How nice is that?

We were so lucky to find this place! It was PERFECT for my husband and me! Walkable to uptown shops and restaurants, beautiful red rock views on 3 sides, and a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked if we chose to cook, the grill was a nice addition, and we enjoyed the fireplace every night! Check-in for us was late, and it was dark already. But the house lights were on, there was music playing on the tv, and fresh flowers on the counter. It felt like coming home. Wonderful stay and we will always choose this place when we come back to Sedona!

This was my 2nd trip to Sedona and this home was perfect for my needs. Gregory checked in with me several times throughout my stay to ensure everything was going well. Home was as described, clean, and in quiet location with a great view from the balcony. Walkable to Uptown Sedona for shopping/restaurants and just a short drive to West Sedona and Village of Oak Creek. Lots of hiking trails are just a short drive away. I recommend this home if you are visiting Sedona.

Greg's place is in a wonderful location. Walkable to El Cote and Wildcraft kichen and basically all of uptown. Large condo with plenty of room to do PT exercises. Comfortable king size bed. Big bathroom. Very close to trails.

Great place to stay in Sedona, perfect for a couple. The place was very spacious and well stocked, and felt private. The location itself is perfect — walkable to uptown locations and great views from large sliding doors on both ends of the living room. The host is friendly and communicates often to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommended!

This place had all you'd need to enjoy Sedona from a close-in location. At the same time, its hillside location ensures that you're shielded from the traffic of the "main drag." The floor plan is rational, efficient, and makes the most of the available space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and walkable to all the shops. Gregory was very responsive when we had a question regarding the heat. Gregory takes the extra time to make his guests comfortable, ie leaving snacks and fresh flowers.

Perfect accommodations for our 3 night stay. We walked to the brewery, shops and dinner. We found the location to be very walkable. Bed was super comfortable, neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony - great views. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved staying in Gregory’s place and enjoyed sitting outside with the beautiful view, chirping birds in the trees and sunshine. A hummingbird even came to say hello while relaxing there. 😎☀️ The accommodations had everything I could need and the location is great with easy access to Sedona and the many hikes and places to visit. We enjoyed our stay at Gregory’s Airbnb. It was very close to uptown Sedona you could walk to popular breweries and restaurants within 10 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. The TV in the bedroom was a little small but easy to login and use our streaming services using guest mode. The kitchen had everything we needed. They provided a trail pass that we utilized and were thankful for. Overall, great stay!
