What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Flexible timing is often possible — ask Greg.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is by smart lock — you'll receive the code and directions 4 days before your arrival. No meeting required, though I'm happy to greet you if you'd like.
What's the parking situation?
Private two-car covered carport right at your entrance. No street parking needed.
Is the Wi-Fi reliable?
Fast fiber Wi-Fi throughout. Both a workspace desk and plenty of seating for anyone working remotely.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — Haven is pet-friendly with prior approval. A pet fee applies (confirmed during booking).
Is the Red Rock trail pass included?
Yes — a Red Rock pass is provided so you don't have to pay at trailheads. We ask that you return it at checkout for the next guests.

Everything was wonderful! Great location and very walkable to restaurants and shops. Greg was super responsive and always responded immediately.
Gregory's Airbnb was just perfect. It was immaculate, spacious and had every amenity one could want. The beds were very comfy and the place was peaceful and quiet.
Everything about our stay was great from check in to check out. The space was clean, modern with plenty of space as well as a covered parking space right outside. The location was a pretty short walk to restaurants and shops.
