Who we are

Greg’s Sedona Retreats is operated by The Getner Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) from Sedona, Arizona. These terms govern your use of gregsretreats.com and any communications you receive from us.

Bookings

Reservations are processed through Hospitable, our booking platform. Hospitable handles availability, payment, and cancellations under their own terms. By booking a stay you agree to Hospitable’s booking terms and to our house rules, which we share at the time of confirmation.

SMS messaging program

Program name:Greg’s Sedona Retreats Notifications.

What we send: transactional SMS related to your booking (logistics, arrival information, replies to your questions) and, for our contracted cleaning team, payment confirmations after each turnover.

How often: typically a handful of messages per booking and 1–2 messages per turnover for cleaning contractors. We do not send marketing SMS.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for SMS, but your carrier may.

How to get help: reply HELP to any message we send, or email greg@gregsretreats.com.

How to opt out: reply STOP to any message we send and we will stop texting that number. You can also email us to be removed.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS service is provided through Twilio.

Use of the site

The site is for your personal, non-commercial use to learn about and book stays at our properties. Don’t scrape it, don’t copy our photos or copy without permission, and don’t do anything that would interfere with other guests’ ability to use it.

Disclaimers

The site and our communications are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date — pricing, availability, and property details are the booking platform’s source of truth at the time of booking. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

If we update these terms, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be called out clearly at the top of this page.
